What is God saying?
This is mainly what Abba is telling me but I share as I feel led to share and if it seems appropriate to you, you can apply it to your own walk with God as He sees fit.
I think sometimes as women of God, we pray for everyone, our husbands, our family and prayer partners… but do you really pray for you?
God gently reminded me this week to start each day praying for myself before the day starts.
I asked Him for today’s verse & This is where He led me to start: Mark 12:30
And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.
The Word tells us to pray that we do not fall into temptation.
I used to start my mornings praying proverbs 31-10 – end. It was nothing short of miraculous.
“Declarations till the soil.”
Health
I will be removing gluten from my diet. That is the protein in wheat. Unless it’s from Italy or another country, I believe most American wheat is garbage, outside of true sourdough bread and organic. It’s so loaded with massive amounts pesticides and just dead food, as I see it. I did this for years and felt amazing. When I got married I started eating it again, my husband loves his wheat. It’s really had horrible effects on my body.
What’s New?
God is AMAZING! So we have 2 young ones AND! A NEW TREASURE ON THE WAY!!! Just found out not too long ago. So excited and feeling very blessed by Lord because children are a reward!
Favorite Fall Lip Combo
Latte: outlined lips: this is a budge proof formula that lasts. Just make sure you wait till she drys. Great for eyes, as liner, lips, waterline or brows. So good!
Raspberry galeto: fill in lips with this color. She is a lip balm and gloss all in one with a bold, gorgeous berry color. So hydrating for dry lips. LOVE.
Jam lip tint: coated on top of the raspberry. If you are tired of color that fades… these lips tints are gorgeous! Little drops of life for dull lips. They don’t last as long as a lip stain but the color lasts much longer than typical lipstick or lip glosses.

Captivating Eye
Out of 300 eyeshadows that I’ve owned over the past ten years or so, this one is my absolute favorite! Every woman needs this shade!
She looks sooo classy! Multiple colors, when you fade her she is a warm brown. Neutral color. When you pack her she looks a dark autumn silver with glimpses of subtle blue and purple. Almost skin like. She is a limited edition and will be off the market in a few days. Grab her while you can. She also makes it seem like you put much more effort into your eyes that you did. This look literally takes about 30 seconds. She is called HOME. Stunning. I think they remove her at the end of October.
Self Love
Holy Spirit has me resting a lot more. I stop through out the day to take breaks and mini naps as I am able to, anointing my self daily- provides a spiritual strength. This rest is sooo important for the baby and Mama. It’s very challenging to be a present Mama when there is exhaustion. Rest is warfare. I read recently that a distracted Momma is the devil’s playground and there’s truth in it. If our gaze is not focused on Christ, a person is already out of alignment. And the most dangerous place is to be outside of God’s will, and the safest place to be is in God’s will. Even if that place is a physical battlefield.
Fall Drinks
With the sleep deprivation from night feedings and changing double diapers, this herbal tea is such a breath of fresh air to my energy levels. I love it with a hot cup of creamy milk. Soul drink for sure- by that I mean it’s extremely pleasurable yet not fleshy. See CinnaMate here.

I am just LOVING this tiny clean, collloidal hand sanitizer called Holy Hands. What a game changer for mamas when we aren’t at the sink with need to change a diaper! Massive blessing.

Oh sweet Lord. Please, GET THIS BOOK! I don’t sell it but it has radically changed my life these past weeks. Every man and woman in the body of Christ NEEDS it. Got mine on Amazon. If you ever own one book outside of the Bible, let it be this one. It’s that good. This ain’t your typical candy coated Christianity. By brother John Ramirez.
Mama Advice:
Start teaching your young men and woman of God about the Lord when they are young- babies even, don’t wait. It gets absorbed into their spirit. Teach them the scriptures early. They will need them- without a doubt.
Food
Oh my loving avalado salad. Wish I tools some pics, maybe next time haha. How do I plan of staying fit this pregnancy? Doing 5 squats every-time I go to the restroom, haha. For real though.
