    Don’t Regret Their Childhood

    Sweet Mama,

    You only get ONE CHANCE.

    There’s no going back.

I definitely NEVER wanna say… I wish I had spent more time with them…

One of the biggest challenges Mamas face is that they have young ones and the younger mighty men and woman of God require more time, than the older children.

    It rips a Mama’s heart.

    Here’s what God showed me.

The older child NEEDS that one on one time.

    Do NOT neglect it.

Make that time. For me what that looks like is, when we put our youngest to sleep, I spend that one on one with our eldest.

I love on him, and let him know that he is JUST AS IMPORTANT.

We have dinner together or a snack and do an activity that the Lord laid on his heart.

    It PRECIOUS.

    It’s BEAUTIFUL.

    God LOVES IT.

It’s so desperately needed by both the parent and young ones.

You may wake up one day and say man… where did the time go?

    Don’t waste what is left

Because when Abba comes to pick you up… you can’t escape that.

So make the most of each moment.

Which is really- be found faithful to God – EACH MOMENT AS BEST YOU CAN.

Sometimes as Mamas, the challenge is that by 1200 pm you feel DONE… much less by 6pm…

    So what do you do?

Sister I pour this little pack in my mouth and it gets me through the next 30-60 mins without being awake all night.

It helps me be THE PRESENT MAMA that he needs.

IT HELPS ME STAY IN HIS PRESENCE.

So I CAN BE THE PRESENT.

I also wanna recommend you rest and lay down throughout the day.

Even if it’s only 45 seconds. It’s worth it. Try doing 5-15 minutes at least 3x a day.

You won’t feel so burnt out by the end of the day.

May sounds crazy but it’s so heavenly.

The world teaches hustle hustle hustle … busybody …

But that is so far from what Jesus teaches.

So drop the worldly wisdom and pick up God’s yoke.

He never meant for motherhood to feel like a mess or a disaster.

It’s meant to be a blessing. Peace driven. Joyful.

So stay prayed up and stayed up.

    Stay in HIS presence.

    -Joyful Julianne

    2 Questions

    Hello sweet sister,

The 2 questions I endeavor to forever ask, inspired by brother Lawrence in his book: Practicing His Presence. “What, Father, do you desire said? What, Father, do you desire this minute?”

Every year I wholeheartedly recommend one book. This is the one 2026. If you read just one let it be Practicing His Presence.

I read this book about 8 years ago.

With the deepest of heartaches – experiencing miscarriage, the Lord has brought me back to this book to remind me of what matters most – Christ.

And how to carry on without hardening the heart, in to ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY be seeking HIM.

    That is when you wake.

    When you sleep.

    When you eat.

    When you shower.

When you care in any role, as a mother or wife. Wherever He has you.

    He is always the priority.

And it is the constant awareness and companionship that has helped me deeply and I am so sure that whatever season you are in, it is your only answer and one source of true comfort.

    Be blessed sister,

    Stay in His presence always.

    Love, JC

    2026 Prayer & Fasting Invitation

    Hi treasured mama,

I feel it deep that God is calling me to prayer in the Spirit for an hour every day.

Id like to invite you, if you feel His invitation.

He actually had me do this for a few years and it was so good!

Here are some beautiful things I love about praying in the Holy Spirit.

    The fruit was beautiful.

    1. My day goes sooo much smoother
    2. It helps me hear Him better
    3. You will NEVER regret prayer time! EVER.
    4. It helps keep my heart soft to God
    5. I see my family in greater unity
    6. I am so much more alignment with heaven
    7. It’s a protection against the transference of spirits
    8. I feel happier
    9. He gives me answers faster
    10. I am a better wife prayed up
    11. It strengthens me spiritually

During this hour of prayer I plan to dry fast. This adds an extra punch to your prayer but putting your flesh on check.

Just watch your life change as you do this.

With love & praying an open heaven over you for 2026. Stay close to God.

If you went through the fire last year, check this out

  • Postpartum Anxiety: The Silent Weight Every New Mother Carries (And Why No One Talks About It)

Postpartum Anxiety: The Silent Weight Every New Mother Carries (And Why No One Talks About It)

The Silent Weight Every New Mother Carries (And Why No One Talks About It)

You know that feeling when you’re constantly checking if the baby is still breathing? When your mind races through every possible danger, even when everyone tells you to “just relax and enjoy motherhood”?

That’s not postpartum depression. That’s something different—something that doesn’t get nearly enough attention.

While postpartum depression has finally entered mainstream conversations, there’s another condition silently affecting countless new mothers: postpartum anxiety. And if you’re experiencing it, you’ve probably noticed that people don’t talk about it the same way. There’s less support. Fewer resources. And a lot more confusion about what you’re actually experiencing.

    The Invisible Burden You’re Carrying

Here’s what most people don’t realize: postpartum anxiety can be even more exhausting than depression because your nervous system is constantly in overdrive. You’re not just sad—you’re vigilant. Always on alert. Your body feels like it’s carrying the weight of the entire world on your shoulders, and no amount of sleep (when you can get it) seems to help.

The intrusive thoughts. The catastrophic thinking. The physical tension that makes your jaw ache and your shoulders feel like concrete. You thought motherhood would feel joyful, but instead it feels like you’re constantly bracing for disaster.

And the worst part? You feel guilty for feeling this way when you “should” be grateful and happy.

What I Discovered After Researching This Hidden Crisis

When I dove deep into understanding postpartum anxiety, I came across something fascinating: there’s a biological component to this that nobody warned us about. Your body has undergone massive hormonal shifts, neurotransmitter changes, and physical stress that would impact anyone’s nervous system—but we’re expected to just “power through” like it’s normal.

The mothers I’ve worked with describe it perfectly: it’s like their internal alarm system got stuck in the “on” position and they can’t figure out how to reset it.

But here’s the breakthrough moment: when you address both the physical and emotional components together, that crushing weight starts to lift. Not overnight, but genuinely and sustainably.

The Missing Piece Most Approaches Ignore

Traditional advice focuses on either mental health support OR physical wellness. But postpartum anxiety lives at the intersection of both. Your body needs specific nutritional support to rebuild neurotransmitter balance while your mind needs tools to calm that overactive nervous system.

During my research into solutions that address both sides of this equation, I found something that brings these concepts together in a way I hadn’t seen before: SolleReNūe from Solle Naturals. What caught my attention was how it specifically targets the body’s stress response and supports the nervous system from a cellular level—not just masking symptoms but actually helping your body rebalance itself.

The mothers who’ve implemented this comprehensive approach report something powerful: they don’t feel like they’re white-knuckling their way through each day anymore. That constant underlying panic starts to quiet down. They can finally be present with their babies without their minds spiraling into worst-case scenarios.

    Why Acting Now Matters

Every day you spend carrying this invisible weight is a day you can’t get back. Your baby’s newborn phase is fleeting, and you deserve to experience it without this constant undercurrent of anxiety stealing your joy.

The sooner you address both the physical and emotional components of postpartum anxiety, the faster you can reclaim the motherhood experience you imagined—one where you feel capable, present, and like yourself again.

Everything we’ve discussed comes together in one comprehensive solution that addresses what your body needs to heal and what your nervous system needs to regulate. You can explore the complete approach here and see exactly how to apply these insights to your specific situation.

You’re not broken. You’re not failing at motherhood. Your body just needs the right support to reset. And you don’t have to carry the whole world on your shoulders anymore.

    With love, Julianne

  • 3 Day New year’s Fast

    3 Day New year’s Fast

Why Your Spiritual Exhaustion Isn’t a Character Flaw—It’s a Divine Invitation

You’ve been running on fumes for so long, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to operate from overflow instead of obligation.

Every morning you wake up already tired. You serve, you give, you show up—but somewhere along the way, the joy leaked out. Your calling feels heavy instead of life-giving. And the worst part? You feel guilty for even admitting it.

Here’s what most women of faith don’t realize: Your exhaustion isn’t evidence that you’re failing—it’s evidence that you’ve been fighting battles God never asked you to carry alone.

The Hidden Cost of Spiritual Burnout

When you’re spiritually depleted, everything suffers. Your patience with your family. Your creativity in your calling. Your confidence in showing up fully as the woman God designed you to be.

You start avoiding mirrors—not just physical ones, but the spiritual ones too. You know you’re not stewarding your temple well, but every solution feels like one more thing on an already impossible to-do list. The shame compounds. The isolation deepens.

And if nothing changes? This becomes your new normal. A muted version of the abundant life you were promised. A shadow of the inheritance that’s rightfully yours.

The Reset Your Spirit Is Begging For

What looks like a breaking point is often God’s invitation to a breakthrough. That moment when you’ve had enough pain, when you’re finally ready to fight for your promised land instead of just surviving in the wilderness—that’s sacred ground.

The women who experience divine restoration don’t wait for burnout to magically resolve itself. They create intentional space to hear what God is saying in the silence. They fast from the noise. They reset their spiritual foundations.

And here’s what I discovered: the fastest way to move from breaking point to breakthrough isn’t adding more to your plate—it’s strategically removing what’s clouding your connection to divine guidance.

When Fasting Becomes Your Strategic Advantage

Most people think fasting is about deprivation. But what I’ve found is that it’s actually about clarity. It’s about creating space for God to restore what the world has depleted.

Starting the new year with an intentional fast- Your spiritual hearing sharpens. Your confidence rebuilds. Your sense of purpose reignites.

You’re not just abstaining from food. You’re putting down the burdens you were never meant to carry and picking up the inheritance you were always meant to claim.

    Your Divine Restoration Is Waiting

Everything we’ve discussed—the exhaustion, the shame, the breaking points that refuse to become breakthroughs—comes together in one comprehensive solution.

I came across something that addresses exactly this intersection of spiritual weariness and divine calling: When Breaking Points Become Breakthrough Moments: Your Divine Restoration Awaits.

This isn’t another complicated system or guilt-inducing program. It’s a tested approach that integrates naturally into your life—because transformation doesn’t require perfection, it requires proximity to God’s voice.

You’ll discover exactly how to steward the temple God gave you without shame, how to show up fully in your calling without exhaustion, and how to claim your spiritual inheritance starting now—not someday when you finally “get it together.”

The sooner you create this intentional space, the faster you’ll experience the restoration you’ve been praying for. This year doesn’t have to look like last year. Your breaking point can become your breakthrough moment.

Your divine restoration is already waiting. The only question is whether you’re ready to step into it.

I will be doing a 3 day water/ herbal tea fast Jan 1-3, you are welcome to join.

    God bless, love JC
