    Constapation!

    It’s like a million razor blades coming out of your back end!

    The pain that makes you pray!

    If you weren’t a praying woman before, after you are!

    It’s like when moments feel like years.

    And deep aches that goes on for HOURS afterwards and sometimes DAYS.

    Let’s talk constipation.

    So the best method is prevention.

    Hydration with clean water.

    Electrolytes.

    Lots of fresh fruits and veggies high in water content.

    Juicing.

    But let’s say you hate drinking water and you are not much a fruit eater.

    And you catch yourself deep IN the moment.

    What do you do?

    Here’s where I would start.

    1. Solle Royal 👑 – wound healing. Chances are if you are dealing with constipation, there may be some bleeding going on. So anytime there is wound healing- whether it be from child birth or minor back yard accidents. This Royal allows for FAST healing. I basically had pain free postpartum recovery! For real!     Am I in God’s Presence?

    Hello beloved,

    I just wanted to share real quick on how to know if you are in God’s presence.

    People talk about it all the time, and honestly it’s taken me years to come to this point. It’s worth sharing. I’ve learned so much from watching my husband. He is a gift.

    In His presence is everything we want, safety, provision and alignment.

    Out of it is certain death.

    Just because we love God doesn’t mean we are in His presence.

    I love going to the book of Galacians as a general guide.

    5:22 the fruits of the Holy Spirit

    22 ¶ But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.”

    You can go down that list.

    Ask yourself…

    Am I in God’s supernatural peace?

    No peace? = you stepped out of His presence and possibly into fear and it could also be He trying to get your attention to tell you the cloud is moving or something else. That’s a great time to start praising Him. A great man of God once said “praise will keep you on your path.”

    I am I joyful? There is NEVER a reason for any lover of God to EVER be sad and sorrowful- that’s not to confused with a holy grieving for the loss of a loved one.

    Am I acting gentle? Or is there anger, irritation and bitterness in the heart?

    So as you go down this list, you will know and God will show you.

    If you are walking in offense … you have stepped out of His presence and have left the door open to the enemy.

    If you are feeling sad and down… that’s not God.

    Anxiety= not Holy Spirit.

    The fruits of the flesh…

    19 ¶ Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,fnfornication, uncleanness, lewdness,20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,21 envy, murders,fndrunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

    Such a great scripture on how to know where your heart is at and how to CONSTANTLY be evaluating it.

    I pray this blesses you.

    Also, there’s a righteous anger and an unholy one. There’s a righteous grieving and an unholy one.

    Hi beautiful sister,

    Do you remember the moment you were saved?

    I sure do. To His glory, I share part of my story.

    Sister, I WAS A MESS! Total misfit. The black sheep of the family. The outcast. The rejected one. The SUPER lost one.

    A broken young woman.

    I still remember being at the Lifeway Christian store and my spiritual mother was about to buy me my first bible.

    We got down on our knees. God bless her heart, she’s now with Jesus.

    You can say this prayer: Jesus come into my heart, I make You my Lord and savior, help me, I turn from my old ways. I am Yours, save me.
