From Trauma to Triumph: How One Mother’s Journey of Healing Could Be Your Roadmap to Freedom

They say it can take about 2 years for postpartum Mamas to rebalance their hormones.

Well I found myself in a bloody situation that I didn’t care for. I felt like the woman in the Bible who had been bleeding for years.

My menstrual periods used to be about three days before I was pregnant. Well after my second son, I didn’t have my period for quite a while, which is totally normal especially when you’re breast-feeding and pumping.

When I did get my menstrual period, it was very irregular, and there was bleeding for most of the month, several weeks and then a few days of respite.

I thought it would go away, but it continued month after month, and I found myself crying out to the Lord.

He revealed to me that it was related to childhood trauma, and holding on to things that ought to be continuously released to him.

And I asked him what the physical cause of it was. The next day I got my answer.

I was on Facebook, and I started reading the post of an herbalist. Her name is Angel the herbalist. And she was teaching about menstrual cycles, and she mentioned red raspberry leaf.

I knew that God wanted me to order this. And specifically from a company called Solle Naturals.

I knew they did not sell individual herbs so I checked their ingredient list and I praise God, because not only did they have it, but they had the extract & what looked like a double, and the Lord wanted me to order it from them. It was called a Good Fibrations.

I also felt like he was telling me he wanted me to detox, so I ordered there on Amitox, which is a detox capsule. I was already on their daily detox tea which was part of His recipe for me.

I kid you not, but literally after my first time taking this combination about 99.8% of the bleeding was gone. I was so impressed.

I felt that in the months to come, I was going to need some extra help that was concentrated on specifically hormones, and my herbal mentor had advised me to get these capsules (SolleMaca), and they’re linked right here – my God what a blessing!

As far as diet- I cut out processed foods, wheat, most meats and switched to lots of plant based whole foods. Remember- progress not perfection.

The healing did not happen overnight my friend. It took months. Lots of cleansing.

There were times where it looked like the healing would never come.

But God said. YOU ARE HEALED.

It was really teaching me how to stand on His word, even when the circumstances did not look like it.

I learned that we are to live our life according to the word of God, and to allow the word of God to dictate our lives, not our circumstances or what we see- unless it is in alignment with what God is saying.

I had to forgive those who have hurt me, especially when I was a young girl- in order to receive the fullness of my healing because they were related.

And anytime a person holds onto things that they are not meant to carry, things that are not from God, whether it be unforgiveness, bitterness, unrighteous anger, it will eventually result and manifest, in a physical illness and causes disease because it is causing dis-ease.

So no matter what you are facing, and what storm or season you are in, just know that God has your answers, and he will be your peace, and your strength, your joy, and everything that you may feel that you are lacking, if you would only receive from Him.

    Until next time beautiful,

Your life didn’t have to be a living hell. It’s can be just like heaven. Kingdom Come Home.

  • Has Pain Left You Searching for Answers? Discover What God SAW That Could Change Everything

Has Pain Left You Searching for Answers? Discover What God SAW That Could Change Everything

Pain is something every human will encounter on earth.

What we do with it will determine what we get from life.

It will determine how God responds to us & the depths of our relationship with Him.

Will you run to God when your heart aches or will you run to numb it?

I’ve been dealing with a certain heartache.

I’ve been searching for answers. Naturally as a woman of God, we go to the Father for these answers, or we ought to.

    The findings:

He takes me to the book of Genesis.

He speaks > then it’s manifests.

He speaks WHAT HE WANTS TO HAPPEN.

    “Let there be light”

    “And there was light”

He doesn’t just leave it at that.

He goes to check His work. The fruit of His lips.

“God SAW that the light was good.”

In the Hebrew, the word “saw” also means to inspect, to learn about, to consider it.

So He didn’t just speak something and close the book.

He goes back to inspect it, to consider it.

And so when we speak, we too are to inspect the fruit of our words.

Are they yielding the fruit that we want to see?

    Are they filled with life?

Are we building up our house?

Modern culture teach people to speak death & have made a norm of it.

To curse your blessing. To criticize your temple (your body). To put others and tear yourself down. This is straight from the pit of hell. This is not kingdom talk.

So if we are not seeing the promises of God, we must ask… what are we speaking & what has the fruit of our words brought? What is the state of our heart?

And if we don’t like it, we can always prayerfully change it.

    -Make declarations using the scriptures.

-Feel the pain & run to God with it instead of running from God with it.

-Seek His will & yield to it no matter how uncomfortable it might feel.

-Inspect our words, speech & heart & thoughts constantly.

-Take our thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ.

These are just a few ways.

You’re life doesn’t have to be a living hell.

As always, Stay close to Holy Spirit, Julianne

  • A Bruised Leg

    A Bruised Leg

Yesterday we were all gathered in the room & our one year old (2 soon) was crying.

His older brother started pulling out all their toys in the toy box to help his heart.

It was the sweetest thing. And it worked!

They were happy & playing, when all of a sudden our youngest took a fall and landed on this little mountain of toys.

    Tears.

Immediately we went to him. My husband picks him up. We all gather around him, lay hands on him & start praying. After, my husband busts out with his anointing oil and puts it on the red & bruising part.

Of course, the former nurse in me runs to my natural first aid cream and the coolness of the cream stops the tears for a moment.

I apply it at least 4 four times in the next couple of hours.

Today it looked Amazing! The bruise was nearly gone. Swelling looked nonexistent.

I love the integrity of these clean ingredients. I don’t want toxic garbage on my family. This is my favorite first aid cream.

I endeavor to keep one in each room, it’s that good and pretty inexpensive.

    It actually has 101 uses!

As Mama’s, we want the best for our men of God. I know that desire comes from God Himself. That’s why He gave us Jesus.

    Solle Flex AC

Jesus was the best that Abba had for us.

And He gave Him without hesitation.

I want to share some lyrics with you that really touched my heart and left me weeping for days.

It’s a song by Benjamin William Hastings & Mosaic.

    “Somethin’ isn’t adding up
This wild exchange You offer us
I gave my worst, You gave Your blood
    Seems hard to believe
You’re tellin’ me You chose the Cross?
You’re tellin’ me I’m worth that much?”

I just can’t get over it
What kind of self-control is this?
When You had angels at Your fingertips
But on the Cross You remained”

If you haven’t listened to it… what are you waiting for?

See it here. I’m not responsible for sobbing tears lol.

I pray this blesses you, Stay close to Holy Spirit, Julianne

  • The Most Important thing as a Mama

The Most Important thing as a Mama

    ,

I had just laid him down in his swaddle.

Head over heels in love. He was perfect.

I was getting ready for bed. I laid down and took that breath, you know that first good breath you take after you have poured out your heart that day. A sigh of relief. Ready for rest & relaxation.

Almost immediately I heard the Lord say “his face is covered.”

I was out of bed in a heart beat. I mean, which Mama bear is not, right?

I go to him, and sure enough, somehow his swaddle was undone and the blanket was covering his face.

Suffocation is a real thing. Of course, with the utmost speed possible I take it off his face.

He was safe. God was watching over him.

You see, you could be the best mom in the world and still miss it. So don’t strive to be the best, aim at being the most yielded (to God.)

The serpent was the most cunning. Sneaky. Patient.

But he can NEVER outwit the Holy Spirit.

As much as we watch our children like the eagles, our strength & help comes from the Lord.

The most important thing as mother, it is not your sons and daughters. It’s not your husband. Not your paycheck.

It’s God. God alone is always to be #1.

    Period.

So don’t compromise your relationship with Him for anything.

I am not perfect. I am a very imperfect woman who loves God. A lot of times idols are not the golden calf’s that seem so obvious, they are often the things people don’t even pick up on, except God would show us.

Like the fear of hurting someone. Or not stepping out in faith because of unbelief and doubt. Or maybe sometimes we have made comfort our king…refusing to be uncomfortable.

It wasn’t the first time God saved his life and I am sure it will not be the last.

Our sons and daughters will grown up and learn of God what they see at home. More is caught than taught. Which is why it is SO IMPORTANT, now more than ever to learn how to constantly walk and stay in the presence of the Lord.

Not just when the YouTube worship song is on, not just at Bible study, not just when we have the electronics.

But every “nanosecond,” as my kingly husband says. This will save their lives. It will save your life. And it will be greatly needed for the times ahead.

So call out to God while you can. And seek His face while He may be found. For training them up in the way they should go will only happen once.

Savor the moments. But always keep the Savior at the center.

I am so convinced that apart from Him, I can do absolutely nothing.

Stay in great confidence in the Lord & know that He will ALWAYS warn you, but it’s you job to guard your own heart & keep it soft enough so that you hear Him.

Quick prayer: God I pray that every-time you warn me & speak, that I, my sons & daughters, my husband & bloodline (name whoever you feel led to) would always heed your warnings & obey Your voice, expose every plot against us & cancel it, may we respond accordingly as You will, that no weapon formed against us will ever prosper, and we are kept safe & healthy, always in Your presence, no matter that price or pain, in Jesus name.

As always, stay yielded to God,

    Julianne

    2 Chronicles 30:8 (NKJV)
“yield yourselves to the LORD; and enter His sanctuary, which He has sanctified forever, and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you.

  • The Messy Home CRISIS: How One Biblical Detail About Jesus’s Resurrection Provides the Surprising Solution

The Messy Home CRISIS: How One Biblical Detail About Jesus’s Resurrection Provides the Surprising Solution

    ,

    Did you know Beloved,

That even Jesus folded his linen clothes after his death and resurrection?

    Before we get into that.

If you ever find yourself in a manner of the heart or state of the mind that is anything less that joyful, after saying the appropriate scripture, take a quick survey of your home and see if there is place where you feel God is telling you to take action and bring order.

Sometimes things can feel off if God is wanting to cleanse a place or it may need order.

A messy home attracts a messy mind.

We have the mind of Christ.

We serve a God of order.

When your home is tidy – you will feel better, your husband and sons and daughters will thrive.

This also sets the example of the type of spouse your sons and daughters will marry.

    It teaches responsibility & accountability.

It helps train them up in the way they should go.

    Super important.

I don’t mean perfection either. Only God is perfect.

So today I was reading John 20:7

“and the handkerchief that had been around His head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded together in a place by itself.”

God showed me something so cool.

So some people say this really helps to prove Jesus was resurrected because the linen was folded.

Sometimes robbers would break into tombs to steal what they could- and they didn’t care about the linen wrapped around peoples face- to say it would have been thrown for sure if it were a bunch of robbers was common.

Now what I found so cool was… back then, tradition had it that when a slave was serving his master, he knew when to start cleaning up when the master threw in the towel or napkin during meal time. That meant… “I AM finished”

But let’s say the master would go to the restroom but was not done eating… then the master would fold the napkin neatly… that meant… “I AM coming back.”

So here, Jesus knew that. It was common knowledge.

So He folded his napkin saying… “I AM COMING BACK.”

    Quiet the statement!

    Amen & hallelujah!

So… next time you find yourself folding clothes or linen… how easy is it now to remember that Jesus is coming back!

    Beautiful right?

Takes cleaning and being a homemaker to a whole different level…

I personally must always have this cleaning item in my home…

It’s the best nontoxic one I’ve found. Smells so GOOD.

And it’s not like one of those scents that instantly fades.

    It lingers! I’m obsessed.

I used it on almost everything. Stovetop, countertops, doors, walls, the restroom, the floors.

I’m currently using the one called Abundance– I chose that one because I believe we’ve entered into that season.

It’s all prayed over by the Kingdom owner. I love that.

So when I spray it, I’m reminded of the promises of God.

I also highly recommend praying in the Spirit when you clean, even if it’s just for a few moments, I find it really helps.

    You can see it here.

I love how Jesus, being God, He could have done whatever He wanted with that linen. He could have left a trashy mess.

    But He didn’t.

He’s the greatest leader. He set the example & took the time to fold it. It says a lot about His character.

    Until next time friend,

    Julianne
