A few years ago when we spent some time in the wilderness, I noticed I started to get finger infections. Super weird.
It was wild to me because I washed my hands probably way more than most people, especially coming from the medical field.
My husband let me know that some people in charge removed the antibacterial properties from a lot of soap.
I was SHOCKED!
Here I was using well known soap that you would think has antibacterial properties… but it didn’t.
Let me tell you, my friend, when things go south, you are going to want to have soap for your loved ones. Bad hygiene = death.

- Oils for airborne activity. When I worked as a registered nurse sometimes we would see close to or over 100 patients a day. I used to have this diffuser on, these powerful oils would help clean the air but also destroy the bad microbes around and I would rarely get sick. It was great, especially being around sick and super contagious people all day. It’s important to remember that not all oils are made equal and that the extraction process is highly delicate. This is my number one trusted brand that has been tried and is true. Do your research and remember one drop is a serving size for and adult. These are only for external uses only.
