    How To Drop Ten Pounds By Christmas With Close To Zero Effort

    Oh Lawd!

    This is so exciting and fun!

    Becoming the best version of you always is.

    So I used this as part of my routine to drop 48 Postpartum pounds, literally doing close to zero working out.

    So this really is effective.

    But first, let me tell you a true story.

    During nursing school, I gained some weight. I wasn’t eating the healthiest, not working out much, stress hormones through the roof, close to no sleep for about 4 years. Instead of eating healthy, like many in the health field- I went for comfort, cost, and convenience.

    So there I was, pretty fresh out of nursing school, I was walking downtown headed to my shift in the emergency department where I used to work as a registered nurse.

    And this lady came up to me, talking Spanish. I grew up speaking Spanish so I knew my way around pretty well. She asks me how many months I was in my pregnancy- in Spanish.

    I cannot tell you the level of humiliation I felt. I was SO SHOCKED. Not even offended. More like WHAAAAAAT??? No one had ever made such a comment. Here I was practicing celibacy.

    There was this AWKWARD long stare … it was probably for less than 5 seconds but it felt like an eternity.

    Before I knew it… I heard these words coming out of my mouth… “I don’t speak Spanish.”

    I left quickly. It felt so horrible. It was hard to focus. And I thought wow… am I that fat?

    Now, I wasn’t very spiritual or religious back then so, don’t judge me lol.

    I wish these were around back in those days… which is why it brings me so much joy to share this breakthrough with you. Because I know the pain of obesity. It doesn’t just suck, it’s HELL.

    The feeling of not being happy when you look in the mirror and you don’t recognize the woman staring back at you.

    The bulges in your clothes that make you feel so unattractive and how it all hangs out.

    Trying to find big clothes to cover you while still looking for something to make you look beautiful.

    And you feel so ugly and worthless inside.

    Been there

    So …

    Fitness tip: do 5 reps of whatever exercise that is safe and best for you each time you go to the restroom. I do 5 squats. You may do 5 push ups or 5 crunches. One plank for 5 seconds. This works, just be patient with it.

    I think you will love the results. I do.

    And also, I was taking 2 capsules every morning and lunch time.

    Hey Mama,

    Here’s 22 things that helped me drop and keep off 44 Postpartum pounds.

    1. Grub on some carrots 🥕. You will chew much and be grateful for your next meal haha.
    2. Do micro workouts. And I mean miro. Like 3 squats everytime you go urinate. Progress is progress and I will take it any day!
    3. Fruits! Eat lots of fruit. Not only is it amazing for your breastmilk but it’s the best fast food.
    4. Mindset is everything. Progress over plateau. It’s better to move forward no matter how slow you go than to quit. Never quit!
    5. Go to God. A lot of times when women have weight issues it’s cuz they are holding on to the past. Pray about it.
    6. Stay hydrated. I honestly don’t do much water but I love my clean teas and fruits and veggies.
    7. Switch your food. If you love an unhealthy item- ask God to show you how to make the healthy version.
    8. Ditch the toxic sugar. Replace it with raw honey, real stevia- the whole plant is best- those are my top 2.
    9. Limit meats and keep it clean. Meats take a toll on your kidneys and liver. I prefer plant protein.
    10. Ditch the dairy. I still have some dairy but if it’s highly processed it’s garbage. Go for the fresh clean dairy. Even at that it’s definitely not a daily thing for me. My husband- thats another story haha.
    11. Get off gluten. American gluten is trash unless it’s organic or from another country, I don’t recommend it. This really removes the facial puffiness. It takes about 4 weeks for gluten to be removed from the body.
    12. Do lymphatic facial massages. This will depuff your face.
    13. Don’t get stuck on the scale. It’s not about a goal weight but more of a goal physique.
    14. Don’t aim for skinny- aim for healthy.
    15. Don’t fear loose skin- think about becoming the woman God created you to be as you rebuild and cocreate your body again with God.
    16. One of my fav easy meals: fruit bowl with a protein shake.
    17. Snack on healthy fats. I love avocados and nuts.
    18. Homemade plant based ice cream! This is usually a meal for me and I make it with 3 ingredients and lots of fruit. AMAZING! Everyone loves it!
    19. Listen to God. Pray specially for God to show you when to stop eating. He so will!
    20. Go outside. I feel like this is sooooo important for Postpartum mental health and what a great place to get some physical activity!
