  • When Exhaustion Meets Divine Purpose: My Journey from Burnout to Breakthrough

When Exhaustion Meets Divine Purpose: My Journey from Burnout to Breakthrough

I remember waking up postpartum for another precious nursing session, I was too drained to even keep my eyes open. My body felt heavy, my mind foggy, the eyelid slumber was pretty hardcore and my spirit… well, I wasn’t even sure I could hear God’s voice anymore through the exhaustion. Can you relate?

As I sat there that morning dealing with the fear of dropping my newborn because I was so sleepy, doing my best to cast down thoughts & say scripture out loud to help me like “ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Praying in the Spirit an hour daily to stay sharp.

I remembered I had something that I didn’t have during my last postpartum experience… CinnaMate.

I was immediately drawn to back to the hardship of my first postpartum experience & how deep the struggle was, well at the same time sooooo grateful I didn’t have to go back to that but God provided me with the solution to have an easy breezy postpartum experience.

I sipped on my “Holy Spirit hug in a mug” that tasted like a sweet piece of heaven & in seconds, no exaggeration, I felt energized, and the heavy eyelids all of a sudden could open with ease.

    A true Godsent.

I knew there was more. I knew God had more. My body was designed for abundance, not mere survival.

My only regret was that I found out too late & felt that I lost a part of my motherhood experience to unnecessary pain & I knew that I NEVER wanted another woman to experience the hardships I endured with our first treasure entrusted to us by God.

You see, for years I’d been pushing through, even before my pregnancies, thinking that running on empty was somehow more spiritual. “Take up your cross,” right? But God began showing me how His Word speaks of our bodies as temples (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

The Hidden Cost of “Push Through” Christianity

Beloved, we’ve bought into a lie that serving God means neglecting the vessel He gave us to serve Him with. We wear our exhaustion like a badge of honor, thinking it proves our dedication. But what if our fatigue is actually hindering the fullness of what He has for us?

When I finally surrendered this area to the Lord, He began teaching me about something fascinating: adaptogens. Although I knew they existed they were kinda not really on my mind because of a lack of revelation of the true value that they bring in all their fullness. These are God’s natural gifts that help our bodies respond to stress the way He designed them to. Just like He provides spiritual armor (Ephesians 6:13), He’s provided physical support for the battles we face that greatly and beautifully impact our emotional and mental health.

A Divine Discovery in Modern Science

What amazes me is how modern research is just catching up to God’s wisdom. These adaptogenic herbs actually help our bodies find balance – supporting healthy stress responses, immune function, and energy levels. It’s like they speak our body’s language, helping it remember its original design.

I remember hearing a brilliant herbalist state that they are likened to “smart herbs,” they go where they are needed in the body to help out where things need attention.

When I started incorporating these gifts into my daily routine, the transformation went far beyond physical energy. Yes, the brain fog lifted and my stamina returned, but more importantly, I could hear God’s voice with clarity again. My prayer life deepened because I wasn’t constantly fighting exhaustion.

It’s hard to hear God when you are worn out.

    From Surviving to Thriving

The Lord showed me that when we’re operating from a place of wholeness – spirit, soul, AND body – we can truly fulfill our calling. It’s not about having superhuman energy; it’s about stewarding our temples so we can serve from overflow, not emptiness.

If you’re where I was – trying to pour out while running on empty – I want to share something that became my first step toward wholeness. I discovered a simple way to experience these God-given adaptogens and see how they might support your journey.

For just $14.95, you can try seven different adaptogenic drinks that have become part of my daily routine of temple stewardship. Each one is carefully formulated to support different aspects of wellness – from mental clarity to physical stamina. I also love to fast on these as well!

Remember, beloved, God’s desire for you isn’t survival – it’s abundance. John 10:10 reminds us that He came so we might have life “more abundantly.” Sometimes, that abundance starts with simply caring for the temple He’s entrusted to us.

Let’s pray together: Father, show us how to steward these bodies You’ve given us. Help us serve You with our whole being – spirit, soul, and body. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

As always, stay close to Holy Spirit. JC

  • 7 Time Savings Tip for the Postpartum Mama

7 Time Savings Tip for the Postpartum Mama

    I wish I knew sooner.

Now you don’t have to struggle or stress through postpartum. It really can be beautiful. These tips were little hinges that swung big doors. Each so worthy. Don’t underestimate them. I did… complete UNNECESSARY pain.

    1. Get a crockpot! Oh Lawd! I cook my beans, then add meat later and veggies last, sometimes pasta. Food for a couple of days. 🤌🏼 Happy husband.
    2. Meal prep so your breakfast is always easy and light. It’s so important for me to have slow peaceful mornings and not be in a rush or feel the pressure of the cares of this world. This little thing really helps. Keep it simple. Mornings are God, the Huggies and preparing your family mentally to have a beautiful day.
    3. Proteins shakes are a MUST. Fast, easy super clean food. Sometimes when there’s a free moment you are debating whether to eat, shower, pee or sleep. This makes things EASY! And this is a season where Mama will totally pay for convenience. Here’s the cleanest plant based one I have found, oh and the flavor is a 10/10. It also helps to keep your breastmilk rich in nutrient while giving Mama a little energy boost. Postpartum nutrient deficiency is a real thing. This is how you fight back. Savings code: faithrefinedbyfire (first timers.) This being plant based and full of enzymes will take a load off your kidneys and liver! Heaven yes!
    4. Shower time! Only God knows what your support system looks like. But if you are anything like me and need to be in and out fast (thank God my husband ALWAYS watches the family when I shower) this gem here saves time! It’s a shampoo and conditioner combined, leaves my hair clean and my curls beautiful. I also use it as a leave in conditioner.
    5. Fast Food is best! Let me explain! No I don’t mean the drive through. I mean raw fruit and vegetables! Nuts. Always have fruit available. Not only will this hydrate you and give you glowing skin but it’s the perfect food for your family too. Hello rich breastmilk.
    6. Master 3 minute makeup. I Ain’t got time for one hour makeup anymore! Seint is the best postpartum makeup I’ve owned. EVERYTHING in One palette. One compact. One brush. Looks like healthy radiant skin! Easy peasy. This is worth mastering. Flawless finish. For every skin tone. Mimics your skin but looks like a filter. No cake face. It really is confidence in a compact. You deserve to look & feel like a queen. Choose your shades here. No selfie required. Or take their find your shade quiz here, it’s extremely accurate. I can also personally color match you here (naked face selfie required). Best decision I made outside of choosing to breastfeed with our 2nd bundle of joy. It’s a fact, when you feel good about yourself, you do better, you feel better, remember, you set the atmosphere in your home (of course so does your hubby) and everyone will feed off your energy. Fill it with God. Fill it with joy.
    7. Spend time with God before everyone wakes up. It’s been pretty challenging to get that time with the family when everyone is awake. This is a lesson learned the hard way so now you don’t have to. Keep the main thing the main thing- Jesus.

I pray this blessed you. If it did, please prayerfully share it with a postpartum mama or a woman of God that you know.

Hugs and encouragement your way. Stay close to Jesus.

She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. Proverbs 31:15

  • Where Hell Meets Heaven – My Postpartum Stories

Where Hell Meets Heaven – My Postpartum Stories

This is going to revolutionize motherhood once women experience it.

I probably wouldn’t believe it unless I experienced it myself.

I was in labor for 2 days with my beloved first born.

It was extremely painful up until I decided to get the epidural.

Afterward, I had lacerations down there, which made urination a living hell because it burned so bad every time I urinated, that I didn’t want to urinate anymore.

The worst part was the broken tail bone. That pain was so deep that I could not sit down with my newborn for six weeks because of the pain.

And that crushed my heart in ways I never knew possible.

On top of being a brand new mother and trying to figure things out, I would kneel down to eat or lay down or eat standing up because I couldn’t sit down.

The healing for both the vaginal and the broken bone seemed to last forever. My heart was deeply grieved. It hurts just to even think about it.

I had my husband pick me up some turmeric from Walmart. I believe it was a 500 count and I took them by the boat load. Nothing – severe pain. It’s like I didn’t even take anything.

Tears and tears. Frustration. Feeling like God was punishing me. I knew that was a lie.

    Felt pretty real though.

I decided to get some quality pain killers, but as I was scrolling the website, I felt like God wanted me to get these new capsules that dropped, I didn’t really know what they were for, but I took a massive leap of faith because at the time, though we lacked for nothing, our budget was very tight.

As soon as the capsules came in, although the instructions said to take three, I felt like God told me to take six. It was towards the end of the evening the next day I woke up with zero pain. ZERO PAIN.

I weep. For the first time, I was able to hold our six week old son since being at the hospital sitting up. I cried again.

I was pretty exhausted through that stage, experiencing lots of ups and downs, heartache, and there was a few brief times when there was bouts of depression about the situation.

Now fast forward to our second son, which was born about a year and half or so after…

I was prepared. Never again. Never again would I be caught unprepared like that.

I was loaded up on supplements from the same company. I had a pain free child of birth, believe that or not. and I give God all the glory.

That’s another story in itself, but I almost gave birth in the vehicle on the way to the hospital with our 2nd beloved.

We made it just in the nick of time and I took a zero medication this time. That was not my choice ha ha.

When I arrived to the hospital in the ER as soon as I got put into the room, I told the nurse that I wanted my epidural.

She looked at me with the smile like if she was about to break out laughing and said it was too late. Not in a rude way, more like a “that ain’t happening” The baby was coming now!

I was really shocked to hear that, but what can a woman do. I prayed. I quoted scripture. He came out immediately with a few pushes. It didn’t hurt – it was incredible. I felt everything. The Lord blessed me with a pain free child birth.

Even though I got stitches, afterward, I healed almost immediately. The pain is about nonexistent. Maybe a 1/10. I was so loaded up with my natural health supplements. There was no mood swings, no weirdness, no depression, zero pain with urination. I felt absolutely. INCREDIBLE. Zero stress. I also stayed prayed up.

I was taken my herbal collagen powder every few hours to recover immediately, and I saw it do wonders. I give God ALL the glory.

Where the main focus is Jesus Christ and he is the main block the main color of the home and because He has been placed first everything else will follow.

I took my clean energy teas & I felt like a queen. Emotionally. Spiritually. All of the above.

    1. Solle Vital– an alkaline, mineral rich drink to nurture and help sustain your baby by making the breastmilk rich, but also helps with stopping the bleeding because of the greens in it, which will help your recovery. Energy giving. Feels like an internal shower to me.
    2. Solle Royal. This was a star player at my healing journey. I took this every few hours because it’s going to help everything in the body as far as the tissues so that your recovery happens FAST. It will also give the skin a beautiful glow, and let’s be real, what woman or man doesn’t want beautiful skin, right? Did I mention it have natural pain killing properties? Awesome right?
    3. Cinnamate. I took several of these each day to help energize me, especially while I would breast-feed to stay awake and ensure my young man of God’s safety so I didn’t fall asleep, now because cinnamon acts as a blood thinner- I did hold off a few hours after childbirth before I took this, and I took it as I was led by the Holy Spirit. Zero problems. Vitamin and mineral rich make your breast milk very healthy.
    4. PI capsules (pain & inflammation) I got the large bottle of this one and it’s such an incredible weapon and tool to have by your side after delivery. Powerful. The ibuprofen like meds given at the hospital did absolutely NOTHING to help the deep pain I was in. This on the other hand- game changer. Took this every 4 hours as needed.
    5. LongeviD capsules– this is what helped my body recover immediately from the broken tailbone extremely nutritious. Natural painkillers.
    6. Solle Excell– a hormone drink that will help increase your breastmilk load it with minerals and vitamins as well. Taste like piña colada it’s a win win.
    7. AC cream– natural and clean pain reliever cream works so good.
    8. Solle Complete Protein– this is gonna help tremendously with your healing as well and I took this almost daily through my pregnancies. I strongly know that my sons are above average healthy! Both flavors are TEN. Double Dutch Cocoa & Vanilla Creme.
    9. Probio IQ. Mandatory. These gems help your breastmilk so that your young man or woman of God has a STRONG immune system. It’s passed on through your milk to their belly.
    10. Adaptable. Helps real good for any stressful situation. Made specifically for the founders postpartum wife.
    11. Renue. This is a Godsend calming tea. Think chill, rest, relax. Helps you get deep sleep without the sluggish effects of sleep hormones like melatonin. Rich in minerals. Great for the liver and heart. My favorite tea. So when Mama gotta nap & not mess around. This is your drink.
    12. Verdezymes. I believe the best calming enzymes on the market. They have double the amount of regular capsules. You are gonna want to make digestion easy for your body so that your body can focus on what matters most. This will help your body do what God made it to do- heal. And heal fast! It takes a massive load off your kidneys & liver.

The nurses were so impressed with the childbirth. I gave birth so fast that by the time my husband checked in, it was just a few moments later our son was already born.

He heard the cried as he walked down the hallway.

The revelation that the Lord showed me, although I learned the hard way, will completely revolutionize motherhood.

    Imagine this…

Mamas who actually get a really good sleep during their postpartum and motherhood years…

Mamas, who wake up with energy and have almost endless energy throughout the day to do what God has called them to do.

Mamas who feel absolutely in a great mood throughout their postpartum & the next 18 years of motherhood & longer…

A world where there is no postpartum depression…look I can’t guarantee you this, but I believe based on what I went through- it will be a thing of the past. #JoyfulMama Listen to Holy Spirit because He alone will guide you in all things.

Fathers who are also on board taking the same golden standard, and have all the energy they need to answer the call of God upon their lives and slay dragons while mothers are at home being the homemaker that God wants them to be.

Imagine a generation of women who actually wanna be stay at home moms and have not been brainwashed into allowing society – like daycare’s and public schools to raise their children, but truly desire to watch over their homes as described in the book of Titus.

And comes women who respect their husbands.

Where mom and dad are the ones raising their children, I’m not strangers or people they don’t really know.

Because it is written – first seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added onto you.

There’s a blue print for this specific postpartum success and I am going to share it with you. Here’s what I took.

I believe this will help birth A new era where mothers actually want to be mothers instead of being a brainwashed and into thinking that their main role in life is to serve out a 9 to 5 job until they are 65-70 years of age or go get some scam of a college degree. And I’m not putting down women who go to college because I am myself went down that road as an educated a.k.a. independent woman making bank.

And having all those niceties and luxuries and delicacies, I can see that the happiest years of my life and the best season is a motherhood.

So whether you’ve given birth or you are a spiritual mother, my message to you today is: your life doesn’t have to be a living hell, your home can be just like heaven, kingdom come home.

Here’s what I had prepped in my Emergency bag postpartum that made my recovery such a breeze. And this is the formula has transformed such place of pain into a place of reign.

Please pass this blog on to a Mama, especially a postparum Mama.

I’m Im convinced this will save lives and childhoods and marriages.

God, I cannot tell you what a night and day difference from my first to my 2nd delivery, recovery, postpartum, and my early motherhood years that’s Solle Naturals has literally helped me live again.

Sometimes people go throughout life and they feel like there’s more but they’re not really sure what it is and how to get it

This is part of it. This is part of God‘s best for this generation I ABSOLUTELY believe.

Having tried so many supplements and having worked with one of the most brilliant herbalist and iridologist I believe of our time, this was her favorite company and I’ve not tried anything that compares to the results that it’s given me, especially when it is a daily consistent routine it’s completely unparalleled and the emotional and mental support it provides, and in the instant energy it provides.

Solle Naturals – making motherhood great again.

God bless you and as always, stay close to the Holy Spirit, for He is your very breath.

    Titus 2:3

The aged women likewise, that they bein behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands.

  • The Most Important thing as a Mama

The Most Important thing as a Mama

    ,

I had just laid him down in his swaddle.

Head over heels in love. He was perfect.

I was getting ready for bed. I laid down and took that breath, you know that first good breath you take after you have poured out your heart that day. A sigh of relief. Ready for rest & relaxation.

Almost immediately I heard the Lord say “his face is covered.”

I was out of bed in a heart beat. I mean, which Mama bear is not, right?

I go to him, and sure enough, somehow his swaddle was undone and the blanket was covering his face.

Suffocation is a real thing. Of course, with the utmost speed possible I take it off his face.

He was safe. God was watching over him.

You see, you could be the best mom in the world and still miss it. So don’t strive to be the best, aim at being the most yielded (to God.)

The serpent was the most cunning. Sneaky. Patient.

But he can NEVER outwit the Holy Spirit.

As much as we watch our children like the eagles, our strength & help comes from the Lord.

The most important thing as mother, it is not your sons and daughters. It’s not your husband. Not your paycheck.

It’s God. God alone is always to be #1.

    Period.

So don’t compromise your relationship with Him for anything.

I am not perfect. I am a very imperfect woman who loves God. A lot of times idols are not the golden calf’s that seem so obvious, they are often the things people don’t even pick up on, except God would show us.

Like the fear of hurting someone. Or not stepping out in faith because of unbelief and doubt. Or maybe sometimes we have made comfort our king…refusing to be uncomfortable.

It wasn’t the first time God saved his life and I am sure it will not be the last.

Our sons and daughters will grown up and learn of God what they see at home. More is caught than taught. Which is why it is SO IMPORTANT, now more than ever to learn how to constantly walk and stay in the presence of the Lord.

Not just when the YouTube worship song is on, not just at Bible study, not just when we have the electronics.

But every “nanosecond,” as my kingly husband says. This will save their lives. It will save your life. And it will be greatly needed for the times ahead.

So call out to God while you can. And seek His face while He may be found. For training them up in the way they should go will only happen once.

Savor the moments. But always keep the Savior at the center.

I am so convinced that apart from Him, I can do absolutely nothing.

Stay in great confidence in the Lord & know that He will ALWAYS warn you, but it’s you job to guard your own heart & keep it soft enough so that you hear Him.

Quick prayer: God I pray that every-time you warn me & speak, that I, my sons & daughters, my husband & bloodline (name whoever you feel led to) would always heed your warnings & obey Your voice, expose every plot against us & cancel it, may we respond accordingly as You will, that no weapon formed against us will ever prosper, and we are kept safe & healthy, always in Your presence, no matter that price or pain, in Jesus name.

As always, stay yielded to God,

    Julianne

    2 Chronicles 30:8 (NKJV)
“yield yourselves to the LORD; and enter His sanctuary, which He has sanctified forever, and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you.

  • The Messy Home CRISIS: How One Biblical Detail About Jesus’s Resurrection Provides the Surprising Solution

The Messy Home CRISIS: How One Biblical Detail About Jesus’s Resurrection Provides the Surprising Solution

    ,

    Did you know Beloved,

That even Jesus folded his linen clothes after his death and resurrection?

    Before we get into that.

If you ever find yourself in a manner of the heart or state of the mind that is anything less that joyful, after saying the appropriate scripture, take a quick survey of your home and see if there is place where you feel God is telling you to take action and bring order.

Sometimes things can feel off if God is wanting to cleanse a place or it may need order.

A messy home attracts a messy mind.

We have the mind of Christ.

We serve a God of order.

When your home is tidy – you will feel better, your husband and sons and daughters will thrive.

This also sets the example of the type of spouse your sons and daughters will marry.

    It teaches responsibility & accountability.

It helps train them up in the way they should go.

    Super important.

I don’t mean perfection either. Only God is perfect.

So today I was reading John 20:7

“and the handkerchief that had been around His head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded together in a place by itself.”

God showed me something so cool.

So some people say this really helps to prove Jesus was resurrected because the linen was folded.

Sometimes robbers would break into tombs to steal what they could- and they didn’t care about the linen wrapped around peoples face- to say it would have been thrown for sure if it were a bunch of robbers was common.

Now what I found so cool was… back then, tradition had it that when a slave was serving his master, he knew when to start cleaning up when the master threw in the towel or napkin during meal time. That meant… “I AM finished”

But let’s say the master would go to the restroom but was not done eating… then the master would fold the napkin neatly… that meant… “I AM coming back.”

So here, Jesus knew that. It was common knowledge.

So He folded his napkin saying… “I AM COMING BACK.”

    Quiet the statement!

    Amen & hallelujah!

So… next time you find yourself folding clothes or linen… how easy is it now to remember that Jesus is coming back!

    Beautiful right?

Takes cleaning and being a homemaker to a whole different level…

I personally must always have this cleaning item in my home…

It’s the best nontoxic one I’ve found. Smells so GOOD.

And it’s not like one of those scents that instantly fades.

    It lingers! I’m obsessed.

I used it on almost everything. Stovetop, countertops, doors, walls, the restroom, the floors.

I’m currently using the one called Abundance– I chose that one because I believe we’ve entered into that season.

It’s all prayed over by the Kingdom owner. I love that.

So when I spray it, I’m reminded of the promises of God.

I also highly recommend praying in the Spirit when you clean, even if it’s just for a few moments, I find it really helps.

    You can see it here.

I love how Jesus, being God, He could have done whatever He wanted with that linen. He could have left a trashy mess.

    But He didn’t.

He’s the greatest leader. He set the example & took the time to fold it. It says a lot about His character.

    Until next time friend,

    Julianne
