Depenency

Sister,

It is our dependency on the Lord that will sustain us during the hard times.

I heard someone say this today and it was soooo good!!! I had to share it.

Are we dependent on the Lord our God. These are questions I ask myself?

Or are we dependent on the internet? Are we dependent on our next financial check? Are we dependent on ourselves?

Brother John said, (paraphrased) “many seek His will but NOT His face.”

It’s in the present moment that HE IS FOUND.

So when the bible says… pray always.

God means what He says.

It’s a constant communion. As my beloved husband says, “nanosecond by nanosecond.”

And it’s when we take our eyes off Him that the focus changes. Only one thing can have our focus.

Then the doubts, fear and hell is allowed to creep in.

Today I found myself at a place where peace was gone. And I had it allowed it for more that I ought to have. But by His grace He made me aware and I KNEW it was because I took my gaze off of Him and was staring at the problem. Then it seemed to grow instantaneously.

I repented and dropped to my knees. Physically and in heart posture and repented. He so lovingly embraced me. His unshakable peace returned.

I pray sister, that we are so hyper aware of His peace and His face that when He moves His eyes, we see … because our focus in always on Him.

In Jesus name. Love you. JC
