Did you know that King Xerxes not only loved Queen Esther, but he deeply honored her.
So much so that when she approached him he said “ what ever you ask, will be given to you. Whatever you seek will also be done.” Those are weighty words coming from a King.
But even though his heart toward her was pure & he was devoted to her, there was one thing that almost cost him his beloved.
He was in alignment with satan and he didn’t even know it.
And the serpent was the most cunning of them all…
He infiltrated in a way that was so slow it went undetected as it will lest the Holy Spirit show us.
It didn’t happen over night but the process was consistent over many years. The events in the book of Esther took place from 486-465 B.C.
You see, God will warn us of what is to come… IF people would listen.
The price of misalignment…
The enemy loves a misaligned person. Because even a grain of agreement can cost an entire harvest.
Let me tell you about the price … he was FIVE years old. 5. He didn’t have to die. But his mom decided to hop into the shower and he ended up outside. Unsupervised. He died that day because he got ran over by a vehicle. Misalignment.
I don’t even want to imagine what that was like.
It didn’t have to happen. It was a great tragedy. Utterly devastating.
A grain of agreement with the enemy can cause the loss of an entire harvest. I’m sure it seemed harmless for this mother … oh a quick shower … smash … a heartache amongst heartaches.
Pray for her.
You may think this post is harsh or intense, but I am not here to butter you up and tell you want you want to hear, but it’s my heart for you to walk as close as a human can to God and to do so joyfully as your reign in your metron.
I want to share what He’s shared with me so your life isn’t a living hell, so we get our full Abrahamic covenant- the full inheritance not just a slice.
So we are prepared for what is coming.
…
Back to the book of Esther.
So, even though scripture doesn’t directly say that King Ahasuerus was a man of God, his heart was soft enough to receive God’s instruction when God came knocking.
Just like the king, there are many lovers of God in body of Christ who are in alignment with the enemy, and they don’t even know it.
Their heart is pure toward God, and they genuinely & authentically love Him, but part of their alignment is off.
Doctor Mike Murdock says that pain is a gift from God because it lets us know where something is off. I got that from my husband. (It’s important to give credit where credit is due.)
I am not talking about good pain like building your muscles, I mean pain like the one God doesn’t want the body of Christ to be in like illness, or oppression, financial struggles or family discord and disunity.
In the spirit, alignment is everything.
Agreement is everything.
So if you are experiencing pain right now & you want change, here is what I do that really helps.
- Repent of all things know & unknown. Sin causes separation even if it’s unknown. With a lot of mature believers most of the time they are unaware of the root until they seek God on it & receive healing.
- Ask God for optical alliance over the situation. We need heaven’s perspective.
- Fast and pray. This is a phenomenal way for seek His will, cut through the noise and get those answers you are so desperate for. Queen Esther was trained in this discipline long before the time came to use it as a weapon of spiritual warfare in the palace.
- Don’t judge how He will answer. He often gives us the answer and it may be in a way you don’t expect or recognize so stay pliable to Him.
- Praise Him. Kim Clement says: praise will keep you on your path. It’s the fastest way I know to get in His presence & a most effective weapon.
As always, Stay close to God.
