  • Your Body Is Screaming. Are You Even Listening?

You know that feeling when your phone battery hits 3% and starts frantically warning you?

Your body does the same thing. Except instead of a little pop-up notification, it screams at you through chronic fatigue, brain fog, irritability, and that persistent feeling that you’re just… running on fumes.

But here’s where it gets interesting.

Most people ignore these signals. They pray harder. Drink more coffee. Slap on a smile and keep pushing. After all, admitting you’re burned out feels like admitting your faith isn’t strong enough.

That’s not faith. That’s self-destruction with a scripture verse taped to it.

    The Lie We Tell Ourselves

We’ve been sold this idea that spiritual strength means ignoring physical limits. That if we’re “truly surrendered,” God will just… override our exhaustion and make everything work.

But here’s what most people don’t realize: God designed your body with built-in warning systems for a reason.

Those stress hormones flooding your system? That’s not a spiritual failure. That’s your adrenal glands working overtime, desperately trying to keep you functioning while you ignore every signal they’re sending.

Chronic stress isn’t just “feeling tired.” It’s your body’s cortisol levels staying elevated when they should be cycling naturally. It’s your immune system getting suppressed. It’s your brain struggling to produce the neurotransmitters you need for clarity and joy.

You can’t pray away biochemistry any more than you can pray away a broken leg and expect to run a marathon.

The Temple You’re Running Into the Ground

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?”

We love quoting that verse when talking about avoiding obvious sins. But somehow we think it’s noble to destroy that same temple through chronic stress, terrible sleep, and zero physiological support.

Here’s the truth nobody talks about: Your body needs actual, tangible support to handle the load you’re carrying.

Not instead of faith. Not as a replacement for prayer. But as an acknowledgment that God created physical bodies with physical needs.

And He also created plants with adaptogenic properties specifically designed to help regulate stress response.

    What Actually Changes the Game

Adaptogens aren’t some New Age gimmick. They’re herbs that have been used for centuries to help the body maintain balance under stress. They support healthy cortisol levels. They help your adrenals function the way they’re supposed to. They give your body the tools it needs to actually recover instead of just survive.

Think of it this way: You wouldn’t try to drive across the country on an empty gas tank and claim you’re trusting God for the journey. You’d fill the tank. You’d check the oil. You’d maintain the vehicle.

Your body deserves the same wisdom.

When I came across what Solle Naturals has put together with their SolleReNūe® approach, something clicked. This isn’t about replacing spiritual practices with supplements. It’s about finally giving your physical body the support it needs to sustain the calling you’re living out.

The formulation combines adaptogens that work synergistically to help regulate stress hormones, support adrenal function, and give your body what it needs to actually restore itself during sleep instead of just… shutting down from exhaustion.

    The Real Question

You can keep pushing through. Keep telling yourself that struggling is somehow more spiritual than stewarding your body well.

Or you can acknowledge that honoring the temple means giving it what it needs to function the way God designed it.

Those signals your body is sending? They’re not weakness. They’re wisdom.

The only question is whether you’re ready to listen.

Find out exactly how to support your body’s natural stress response here. Your future self—the one sleeping deeply, thinking clearly, and actually experiencing joy instead of just survival—will thank you for finally taking action today.

  • The Real Reason You Can't Sleep (And Why "Just Relax" Never Works)

You’re exhausted. Bone-tired. Your body is screaming for rest. But the moment your head hits the pillow? Your brain switches into overdrive. The to-do list scrolls endlessly. That conversation from three days ago replays on loop. Worries about tomorrow mix with regrets about yesterday. And beneath it all, a low hum of anxiety about… everything.Hours pass. You check the clock: 1am. Then 2am. Maybe you drift off around 3am, only to be jolted awake by your alarm feeling like you’ve been hit by a truck. And tomorrow night? You’ll do it all over again.

Here’s what most people don’t realize: this isn’t a willpower problem. It’s not about “trying harder” to relax or “clearing your mind” or any of that nonsense.

Your Nervous System Is Trapped in Fight or Flight

During the day, stress hormones like cortisol help you perform. They keep you alert, focused, and ready to handle whatever comes your way. That’s their job.

But here’s the critical part: those hormones are supposed to drop in the evening.

When cortisol naturally declines at night, your nervous system shifts out of “survival mode” and into “recovery mode.” Your brain gets the signal that it’s safe to rest. Sleep becomes possible.

But when cortisol stays elevated after dark?

Your body is OFF. Your mind stays ON. No amount of deep breathing or meditation apps can override a broken hormone cycle.

This is why you can feel physically exhausted yet mentally wired. It’s why “just relax” feels like such useless advice. Your biology is working against you.

The Cost of Ignoring This Pattern

Think about what happens when this becomes your normal:

Your patience evaporates by mid-afternoon. Small frustrations feel massive. You snap at people you love. Your focus crumbles. Creative thinking? Forget it.

You reach for coffee to survive the morning. Sugar to make it through the afternoon slump. Maybe alcohol at night to “take the edge off” (which actually makes sleep quality worse).

Your body starts breaking down. Your immune system weakens. Weight becomes harder to manage. Inflammation increases. The research on chronic sleep disruption is terrifying.

And the psychological toll? You start to believe this is just who you are now. That quality sleep is for other people. That you’re broken somehow.

But you’re not broken. Your system just needs the right support.

    What Actually Works

Here’s what I discovered while researching natural solutions for disrupted cortisol patterns:

Certain adaptogens specifically support healthy cortisol rhythms. Not by knocking you out artificially like sleeping pills. Not by masking the problem like alcohol does.

These compounds work with your body’s natural intelligence. They help restore the pattern that’s currently broken—cortisol rising when it should, and more importantly, falling when it should.

When your cortisol naturally drops in the evening like it’s designed to, something remarkable happens: your brain can finally quiet down. Not through force or medication, but because your body recognizes it’s safe to rest.

Your body already knows how to sleep. It just needs the right hormonal environment to do what it does naturally.

The Solution That Brings This Together

After extensive research into adaptogenic support for healthy sleep patterns, I found something that addresses the root cause instead of just masking symptoms.

It’s a tested approach that supports natural cortisol regulation—helping your stress hormones follow their proper rhythm so your nervous system can shift out of fight-or-flight mode when it’s actually time to rest.

Everything we’ve discussed comes together in one comprehensive solution. I’ve found something that brings all of these concepts together in a practical, step-by-step format: Solle Naturals’ SolleReNūe formula.

This isn’t about adding another supplement to your cabinet and hoping for the best. You’ll see exactly how adaptogenic support targets the specific hormone disruption that’s keeping you awake—and how restoring natural cortisol patterns creates the environment your body needs for genuine, restorative sleep.

The sooner you address the underlying hormone pattern, the faster you can break free from the exhausting cycle of lying awake while your brain races.

Your body wants to sleep. It’s designed to sleep. It just needs you to remove the biochemical obstacle that’s standing in the way.

You’ll see exactly how to apply these insights to your specific situation and finally give your nervous system the support it’s been desperately asking for.

  • 2 Questions

    2 Questions

    Hello sweet sister,

The 2 questions I endeavor to forever ask, inspired by brother Lawrence in his book: Practicing His Presence. “What, Father, do you desire said? What, Father, do you desire this minute?”

Every year I wholeheartedly recommend one book. This is the one 2026. If you read just one let it be Practicing His Presence.

I read this book about 8 years ago.

With the deepest of heartaches – experiencing miscarriage, the Lord has brought me back to this book to remind me of what matters most – Christ.

And how to carry on without hardening the heart, in to ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY be seeking HIM.

    That is when you wake.

    When you sleep.

    When you eat.

    When you shower.

When you care in any role, as a mother or wife. Wherever He has you.

    He is always the priority.

And it is the constant awareness and companionship that has helped me deeply and I am so sure that whatever season you are in, it is your only answer and one source of true comfort.

    Be blessed sister,

    Stay in His presence always.

    Love, JC

  • Mulberry Faith

    Mulberry Faith

Have you heard of mulberry faith?

    Let’s look at Luke 17:5

The apostles are asking Jesus for more faith…

5 ¶ And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.”6 ¶ So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.”

Have you ever seen a mustard seed? They are super tiny. I used to wear one on my favorite necklace of a cross.

Some Palestine farmers consider it to be the smallest of seeds.

Now the mulberry tree is said to live several HUNDREDS of years… in order to survive it must have a DEEP and extensive root system.

What this means to you is that it takes a POWERFUL force to pull out a mulberry tree.

So when Jesus says… if you have faith the size of a mustard seed… you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.”

    That exactly what He means!

    Amen.

So today as I faced fierce spiritual battles, I dawned my Mulberry Faith while I applied our new conditioning, mineral cream shade in… you guessed that right… MULBERRY.

With God’s help, we stood victorious.

I felt like God wanted me to share this with you.

Have a precious day sister & God bless.
