    Fasting & Prayer Day 1

    Hi beloved,

    Some people ask, why fast?

Well, I think of it like a spiritual cleanse, from all sorts of things for example like trauma, emotional woundedness, grief, or strongholds, other things like you genuinely wanna seek God’s face and increase your intimacy or fasting for loved ones, spiritual breakthrough or something that God is telling you to… there’s so many reasons.

I hadn’t fasted for a while because I was pregnant, and now that I’m not, I find myself running into the Lord with all of my heart, that He would heal me & our family from the recent loss of our son.

    There are other reasons.

You know when you reach that point in your life, some people might call it a turning point, you know something very deep inside of you has changed and you feel as though you’re ready to pay a price for God‘s presence that was not fully there before as He desired.

Because it is costly to constantly be in His presence- but you know what? it is far MORE costly to choose to not being in His presence.

    And far more painful.

When you don’t put God first you start to put other things first, whether it be people, items, food, platforms, social media, ministry … It’s whatever it is to that person. And that’s a very dangerous place to be, because that is the heart of idolatry.

I’ve never felt a grief or more painful thing then this miscarriage and losing my son and it’s my heart that no woman ever experience that.

I am mainly doing a water fast and herbal teas. No sugar no honey.

Everyone had a different place in their walk with God but through this great pain I’ve discovered a true yieldedness and a desire for oneness with the Lord.

this requires a lot of being completely honest with yourself as you look at your heart and you allow Him to plow and to plow and to remove the rocks and the stones and the boulders and remove everything in it that’s not of Him, every ounce and spec of pharaoh …of Babylon, every pain, every woundedness.

And I know that fasting has in the past greatly helped- It’s been a complete lifeline and it is so powerful that I cannot even describe it but it something that must be experienced.

So I am doing a short three day fast.

And if you are fasting as well I pray that the Lord meets you strongly, and that you will always put Him first no matter the cost.

May your new year be a continual feast of His presence.

May your heart be joyful and filled with hope and may you get every ounce of healing that you need.

I love you with all of my heart, JC.

And if you are wondering what herbal tea I’m fasting on here they are. This covers a 3 day fast for me.

Stay close to the Holy Spirit and God bless you.

Also, if you suffered a miscarriage let me share what was told to me: THE FAULT IS NOT YOUR OWN BUT THE ENEMYS. THERE IS NOW THEREFORE NO CONDEMNATION IN CHRIST.

  • 3 Day New year’s Fast

    3 Day New year’s Fast

Why Your Spiritual Exhaustion Isn’t a Character Flaw—It’s a Divine Invitation

You’ve been running on fumes for so long, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to operate from overflow instead of obligation.

Every morning you wake up already tired. You serve, you give, you show up—but somewhere along the way, the joy leaked out. Your calling feels heavy instead of life-giving. And the worst part? You feel guilty for even admitting it.

Here’s what most women of faith don’t realize: Your exhaustion isn’t evidence that you’re failing—it’s evidence that you’ve been fighting battles God never asked you to carry alone.

The Hidden Cost of Spiritual Burnout

When you’re spiritually depleted, everything suffers. Your patience with your family. Your creativity in your calling. Your confidence in showing up fully as the woman God designed you to be.

You start avoiding mirrors—not just physical ones, but the spiritual ones too. You know you’re not stewarding your temple well, but every solution feels like one more thing on an already impossible to-do list. The shame compounds. The isolation deepens.

And if nothing changes? This becomes your new normal. A muted version of the abundant life you were promised. A shadow of the inheritance that’s rightfully yours.

The Reset Your Spirit Is Begging For

What looks like a breaking point is often God’s invitation to a breakthrough. That moment when you’ve had enough pain, when you’re finally ready to fight for your promised land instead of just surviving in the wilderness—that’s sacred ground.

The women who experience divine restoration don’t wait for burnout to magically resolve itself. They create intentional space to hear what God is saying in the silence. They fast from the noise. They reset their spiritual foundations.

And here’s what I discovered: the fastest way to move from breaking point to breakthrough isn’t adding more to your plate—it’s strategically removing what’s clouding your connection to divine guidance.

When Fasting Becomes Your Strategic Advantage

Most people think fasting is about deprivation. But what I’ve found is that it’s actually about clarity. It’s about creating space for God to restore what the world has depleted.

Starting the new year with an intentional fast- Your spiritual hearing sharpens. Your confidence rebuilds. Your sense of purpose reignites.

You’re not just abstaining from food. You’re putting down the burdens you were never meant to carry and picking up the inheritance you were always meant to claim.

    Your Divine Restoration Is Waiting

Everything we’ve discussed—the exhaustion, the shame, the breaking points that refuse to become breakthroughs—comes together in one comprehensive solution.

I came across something that addresses exactly this intersection of spiritual weariness and divine calling: When Breaking Points Become Breakthrough Moments: Your Divine Restoration Awaits.

This isn’t another complicated system or guilt-inducing program. It’s a tested approach that integrates naturally into your life—because transformation doesn’t require perfection, it requires proximity to God’s voice.

You’ll discover exactly how to steward the temple God gave you without shame, how to show up fully in your calling without exhaustion, and how to claim your spiritual inheritance starting now—not someday when you finally “get it together.”

The sooner you create this intentional space, the faster you’ll experience the restoration you’ve been praying for. This year doesn’t have to look like last year. Your breaking point can become your breakthrough moment.

Your divine restoration is already waiting. The only question is whether you’re ready to step into it.

I will be doing a 3 day water/ herbal tea fast Jan 1-3, you are welcome to join.

Join me on my social media account.

    God bless, love JC

  • The Desert Wasn't Punishment—It Was Preparation for What You're About to Receive

The Desert Wasn’t Punishment—It Was Preparation for What You’re About to Receive

You’ve been taught that wilderness seasons mean you’ve done something wrong. That the dry places are evidence of God’s disappointment. That if you were just more faithful, more obedient, more something, you wouldn’t be here—exhausted, depleted, and wondering why the breakthrough everyone else seems to experience has eluded you.

But here’s what most people don’t realize: You can be in the wilderness by divine design, not demonic attack.

Sometimes the Spirit doesn’t lead you around the desert. He leads you into it. Not because you’ve failed, but because what’s waiting on the other side requires a version of you that can only be forged in the fire of isolation and struggle.

Why Comfort Can’t Build What You Need

The truth nobody wants to hear? Some preparation can only happen in the desert.

The character you need for your next level—the spiritual muscle, the unshakeable confidence, the ability to stand alone when everyone else walks away—these things cannot be developed in seasons of abundance and affirmation. They require the pressure that only comes when resources dry up, supporters disappear, and you’re forced to discover what you’re actually made of.

Think about it: Would Peter have become the rock of the early church without his three denials? Would Joseph have been ready to lead Egypt without the betrayal, the false accusation, the years of forgotten imprisonment?

The wilderness isn’t wasted time. It’s concentrated preparation for a calling so significant that your current capacity couldn’t sustain it.

    The Moment Everything Shifts

Here’s what I discovered while researching women who’ve experienced genuine spiritual restoration after seasons of depletion: There’s a specific turning point that changes everything.

It happens after the angels strengthen you—after divine intervention meets your breaking point and floods you with supernatural empowerment. Suddenly, you can look at the people who disappointed you, the resources that failed you, the support systems that crumbled, and say with complete peace: “Sleep on. I no longer need what you couldn’t provide.”

This isn’t bitterness. It’s not even forgiveness in the traditional sense. It’s something more powerful: complete liberation from dependence on unreliable sources.

You’ve been transformed from someone desperately seeking what others can’t give into someone so divinely sustained that human approval becomes optional. Not because you’re hardened, but because you’ve finally tapped into a source that never runs dry.

When Your Breaking Point Becomes Your Breakthrough

The exhaustion you’re feeling right now? The spiritual weariness that’s become your constant companion? It’s not your calling. It’s not your design. It’s certainly not the abundant life Christ promised you.

You were never meant to carry this weight alone.

There’s actually a comprehensive approach that ties all of this together—a framework that helps you recognize divine wilderness seasons for what they are, extract the preparation they contain, and emerge strengthened rather than broken. I came across something that brings all of these concepts together in a practical, step-by-step format: When Breaking Points Become Breakthrough Moments: Your Divine Restoration Awaits.

What struck me most wasn’t just the spiritual depth, but the practical integration—this isn’t another complicated routine to add to your already overwhelming schedule. It’s designed for women who are ready to steward the temple God gave them without guilt or shame, who are tired of feeling like their appearance or exhaustion is holding them back from showing up fully in their calling.

Everything we’ve discussed comes together in one comprehensive solution that meets you exactly where you are.

Discover how to transform your breaking point into your greatest breakthrough →

You’ll see exactly how to apply these insights to your specific situation—not as theory, but as lived transformation.

The desert season you’re in right now? It’s not punishment. It’s the precise preparation for what you’re about to receive. The sooner you recognize that and implement the right strategies, the faster you’ll move from depletion to divine empowerment.

Your wilderness has an expiration date. Your breakthrough has a divine appointment. And you’re closer than you think.

  • The $40K Truth Nobody Wants to Tell You About Money Struggles

The $40K Truth Nobody Wants to Tell You About Money Struggles

You’re doing everything right on paper. You show up. You work hard. You serve your clients well. But every time you open that bills drawer, there’s that familiar knot in your stomach—the one that whispers you’re falling behind despite all your effort.

Here’s what most business owners don’t realize: Your money problem isn’t actually about money.

It’s about what you’re programming into your consciousness every single day without even knowing it.

    The Visual Programming Trap

Think about the last time you opened your desk drawer or walked past your workspace. What did you see? Bills? Past-due notices? Payment reminders?

Every time your eyes land on those reminders of what you owe, you’re reinforcing a poverty consciousness. Your brain is being trained—thousands of micro-exposures daily—to focus on debt instead of abundance.

I discovered something fascinating while researching wealth psychology: successful business owners structure their physical environment completely differently. They keep cash visible in their most-used spaces and immediately file bills out of sight. Not to avoid responsibility, but to reprogram what their consciousness absorbs daily.

It sounds almost too simple, doesn’t it? But here’s the thing—your environment is having a conversation with your subconscious mind all day long, whether you’re aware of it or not.

    The Revenue Conversation Shift

Now layer this reality on top: What you talk about most is what you attract more of.

Most struggling business owners spend their conversations explaining operational problems, discussing client challenges, or venting about payment issues. Meanwhile, those consistently hitting $40K months or more? They’re having completely different conversations—ones focused exclusively on revenue generation.

Not because they’re ignoring problems, but because they understand that energy flows where attention goes. When you align your daily focus—both visual and conversational—with wealth creation instead of problem management, something shifts.

    The Execution Gap Nobody Mentions

Here’s where it gets really interesting. I came across research showing that even struggling service businesses can reach $40K monthly revenue with a simple prepay system—if they’ll actually do the presentations consistently.

Think about that. Not if they perfect their offer. Not if they build a bigger audience. Not if they create elaborate funnels.

If they’ll just show up and present.

The data shows that even mediocre practitioners close one in four prospects with proper presentation and a prepay structure. That’s a 25% close rate without being a master salesperson. The transformation happens because prepayment increases client commitment, improves cash flow, and eliminates the psychological drain of chasing payments.

Most people aren’t failing because they lack skill. They’re failing because they’re not executing consistently while their environment and conversations keep them trapped in scarcity thinking.

When Your Breaking Point Becomes Your Breakthrough

If you’re reading this and feeling that exhaustion—that sense of doing everything “right” but still struggling—you’re likely at a breaking point. That crushing feeling that your current approach isn’t sustainable, that something fundamental needs to change.

What if that breaking point isn’t the end? What if it’s actually the threshold of your breakthrough?

I’ve discovered something that addresses exactly what we’ve been discussing—a comprehensive, tested approach that connects the spiritual foundation you need with the practical systems that actually generate revenue. In When Breaking Points Become Breakthrough Moments: Your Divine Restoration Awaits, you’ll find the complete framework for transforming exhaustion into abundance without guilt or complicated routines that don’t fit your life.

Everything we’ve discussed—the environmental programming, the conversation shifts, the execution strategies—comes together in one practical solution that integrates naturally into your life and calling.

The sooner you implement these strategies, the faster you’ll see results. Not because of pressure, but because every day you wait is another day programming scarcity instead of abundance.

Discover how to turn your breaking point into your breakthrough moment here.

You’ll see exactly how to apply these insights to your specific situation—and finally break free from the cycle that’s been holding you back.

  • When Your Strongest Corner Becomes Your Breaking Point: The Divine Blueprint Hidden in Your Exhaustion

When Your Strongest Corner Becomes Your Breaking Point: The Divine Blueprint Hidden in Your Exhaustion

You’ve been taught that spiritual strength means never showing weakness. That faith means pushing through exhaustion. That surrender means you’ve somehow failed.

So you keep building—ministry, family, career, community—until the foundation you’re standing on starts to crack beneath your feet. And the guilt of your weariness becomes heavier than the weariness itself.

Here’s what most people don’t realize: God never designed you to carry what He intended to serve you.

The Master Builder’s Method You’ve Been Missing

When ancient builders laid foundations, they didn’t start with the weakest corner. They identified the highest point—the strongest foundation—and built systematically from there. Everything else found its level in relationship to that cornerstone.

But here’s the paradox that changes everything: sometimes your strongest corner looks like your breaking point.

That moment when you can’t push anymore? When the enemy seems to be attacking your calling? When obstacles appear exactly where you’re trying to build?

What if that’s not opposition—but divine redirection?

The Provision You’re Too Tired to Work For

There’s a profound shift that happens when you stop viewing your exhaustion as spiritual failure and start recognizing it as divine invitation.

God doesn’t condemn your weariness. He doesn’t fault you for not being strong enough. Instead, He does something revolutionary: He prepares and serves provision to you when you have nothing left to give.

This isn’t about working harder or having more faith. It’s about recognizing when God is moving you into your destiny, not away from it—even when it feels like everything is falling apart.

Think about it: The master carpenter doesn’t fight the tree branch growing through the construction site. He works with the natural obstacle, turning constraint into feature through creativity rather than resistance.

    The Truth About “Cutting Longer”

Here’s what I discovered while researching Biblical building principles: skilled builders always cut boards longer initially, then trim to exact fit using the existing construction as guide.

It’s the wisdom of abundance followed by precision.

Better to have excess that can be refined than shortage that cannot be corrected.

But you’ve been operating from shortage, haven’t you? Rationing your energy, your rest, your needs—believing that deprivation equals devotion.

What if the opposite is true?

What if God’s design for you includes abundance that needs refining—not scarcity that needs defending?

From Breaking Point to Breakthrough Moment

Your exhaustion isn’t evidence of failure. It’s evidence that you’ve been building with human strength what was meant to be sustained by divine provision.

The false guilt needs to go. The condemnation needs to stop. The belief that your weariness disqualifies you from God’s purposes needs to be dismantled completely.

Because here’s the truth that sets you free: Battle fatigue is not a sign of weakness or lack of faith—it’s a human limitation that God understands and addresses.

He gives strength to the weary. Not because you earned it. Not because you finally got spiritual enough. But because that’s who He is.

The Framework You’ve Been Searching For

Everything we’ve discussed—the divine perspective on weariness, the master builder’s methodology, the provision that comes when you can’t work anymore—it comes together in a comprehensive, tested approach I came across recently.

In When Breaking Points Become Breakthrough Moments: Your Divine Restoration Awaits, you’ll find the complete framework for transforming exhaustion into divine restoration—without adding one more complicated routine to your already overwhelming life.

This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about stewarding the temple God gave you without guilt or shame, and integrating restoration into your life naturally.

You’ll see exactly how to apply these insights to your specific situation—whether you’re battling ministry burnout, family exhaustion, or the constant feeling that your appearance and energy are holding you back from showing up fully in your calling.

The sooner you implement these strategies, the faster you’ll move from breaking point to breakthrough moment.

Your weariness isn’t disqualifying you. It’s positioning you for the provision you’ve been too tired to see.
